Shelf Life

Ecospoon has a shelf life of up to two years, when sealed in original packaging. Once removed and put to use, Ecospoon will remain effective with regard to mechanical strength until product is placed in contact with material containing microorganisms, such as certain types of waste, soil, and compost. Under these conditions >95% disintegration will occur within 90 days with no residual contamination of the soil.

PACKING & FORWARDING POLICY

At Ecospoon, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. We charge a very nominal Packing & Forwarding fee per SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) and delivery location.
We try to ship all orders received before 5 pm on the same working day. There may be delays during busy periods or due to unavailability of courier partners.
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 3pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for inputting, changing or correcting shipping addresses
As soon as your package ships, you will received an email confirmation.
We will be able to accept order change or cancellation requests any time before we Packing & Forwarding your order provided you send us an email to enquiry@eco-spoon.co.in with your order number and requested change. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
Please note that we neither guarantee a delivery time or a delivery service. Once the customer package departs our facility, we do not take responsibility for the delivery.
